My name is Ian Dyer, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama where I completed my Masters of Science in Nursing in the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. I am licensed as an APRN in the State of Florida and board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I currently have more than 5 years of experience in the field of psychiatric nursing in both the outpatient settings as well as in acute inpatient psychiatric services. At Courageous Living Mental Health Consultants, I provide caring, compassionate, individually based, and thoughtful evidenced-based treatment for a verity of mental health conditions in order to best promote my client’s ability to recover, flourish, and succeed.

My name is Holly Bowling and I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I started my nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Ball State University. Hi, I'm Jheanelle Bailey, a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience caring for individuals with cancer. My background includes pediatric and adult oncology, chemotherapy infusion, and inpatient and outpatient cancer care, giving me a deep understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with a cancer diagnosis. While I have a special passion for supporting patients, survivors, caregivers, and families affected by cancer, I also provide psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care—including medication management and brief therapy —in a supportive, judgment-free environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered.

Hi there, I'm Dr. Nadeem, a Board Certified Psychiatrist. I was trained at Ivy League and prestigious institutions, completing my residency at Cornell University and my fellowship at Brown University. Over the years, I've cared for patients across a wide range of settings including inpatient, outpatient, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and more recently as a tele-health Psychiatrist. I've also had the privilege of teaching medical students along the way, which deepened my belief that truly good psychiatric care starts with truly listening.

My work in mental health is shaped by both professional training and a life lived across cultures. I am an internationally graduated Medical Doctor (IG-MD), born in Venezuela with strong Greek roots, and I have lived in the United States for over 30 years. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and help me connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life.

I currently practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in psychiatry. In addition to my psychiatric training, my background in hospital medicine has strengthened my ability to understand individuals as a whole—recognizing how mental health, physical health, and daily life continuously influence one another. This allows me to provide care that is thoughtful, balanced, and highly individualized.

Much of my clinical work has been in telehealth, where I offer accessible and attentive care to patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents (ages 6–18) as well as older adults. I commonly work with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD, and I incorporate holistic strategies to support long-term mental wellness.
